Corona Virus

In the current Corona Virus outbreak we are able to undertake a limited amount of work provided we take sensible precautions as laid out by the Government.  We must take great care to avoid face to face contact and maintain high standards of cleanliness.  In this way we hope to protect both our workers and our customers.  We will only arrive where we have sought explicit permission and we know you are comfortable with our visit.

Deliveries:

We may deliver some items as doorstep deliveries.  We will invoice by email where possible and would ask for payment either by BACS or by card over the telephone.  Please ensure that you observe the Government’s Corona Virus advice current at that time especially keeping at least a two-metre distance and wash your hands thoroughly after handling the delivery.

Pool Opening or Valet:

If we visit your property to do work on your pool we would ask that you leave all gates etc. open to allow direct access to the pool.

Our engineers will wash their hands with soap and water before and after each visit.

We understand that properly chlorinated swimming pool water kills the Corona Virus but you should observe the Government’s Corona Virus advice, particularly regarding hand washing, when you have worked in areas around the pool, such as pumps, filters, multi-ports etc.

It is our understanding that the Corona Virus can live on surfaces for ‘several hours or several days’ so we would urge you to take appropriate precautions and always wash your hands thoroughly after touching anything around the pool.
